Website service privacy

Sow Site LLC collects the business name, contact name, email, phone, preferred site address and project brief you submit. We use them to respond, prepare your website, manage payment and support your service.

Project and order details are available to authorized Sow administrators. The hosting provider stores these records. Stripe hosts card entry and processes website payments for Sow Site; we store transaction references and payment status, not full card numbers or CVVs. See Stripe’s privacy policy.

Only the business content you approve for publication appears on your customer website. Insurance documents and carrier applications are not published on customer sites.

Necessary cookies protect forms and private order links grant access to the associated order. Keep those links private. We do not use advertising trackers. We keep project and payment records as needed to deliver service, resolve disputes and meet applicable recordkeeping duties.

Contact reservations@sow.site for access, correction or deletion requests. We verify identity before disclosing private records; legal retention duties may limit deletion.
